Investing.com – Taiwan stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Taiwan, the gained 0.24% to hit a new 3-months high.
The best performers of the session on the were Arima Communications Corp (TW:), which rose 350.24% or 7.39 points to trade at 9.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Favite Inc (TW:) added 10.00% or 5.30 points to end at 58.30 and Anderson Industrial Corp (TW:) was up 10.00% or 1.65 points to 18.15 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Lead Data Inc (TW:), which fell 9.85% or 0.39 points to trade at 3.57 at the close. Iron Force Industrial Co Ltd (TW:) declined 4.90% or 6.00 points to end at 116.50 and JSL Construction & Development Co Ltd (TW:) was down 4.38% or 4.30 points to 93.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Taiwan Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.

Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.34% or 0.24 to $69.80 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.36% or 0.27 to hit $74.02 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.21% or 5.80 to trade at $2,744.70 a troy ounce.
USD/TWD was down 0.29% to 32.04, while TWD/CNY unchanged 0.36% to 0.22.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.07% at 103.76.
