After-hours movers: Marvell Technology, Salesforce, Okta and more

After-Hours Stock Movers:

Marvell (NASDAQ:MRVL) Technology (MRVL) rose 9% after it delivered strong third quarter results and guidance. Net revenue for the third quarter of fiscal 2025 was $1.516 billion, $66.0 million above the mid-point of the Company’s guidance provided on August 29, 2024.

Salesforce (NYSE:CRM) rose 7% after it reported third quarter revenue that beat estimates, despite slightly missing EPS estimates and offering mixed guidance, while management struck a positive tone on its AI initiates.

Okta, Inc. (NASDAQ:OKTA) surged 21% after easily beating expectations for its third quarter. For the fourth quarter of fiscal 2025, the company expects total revenue of $667 million to $669 million, representing a growth rate of 10% to 11% year-over-year.

Intuitive Machines (LUNR) fell 6% after it commenced an underwritten public offering of $65 million of shares of its Class A common stock.

Pure Storage, Inc. (NYSE:PSTG) rose 22% after it announced third quarter results that beat consensus across the board.

UnitedHealth Group (NYSE:UNH) fell 1% after it introduced 2025 guidance ahead of an investor conference. UnitedHealth sees 2025 revenues of $450 billion to $455 billion, net earnings of $28.15 to $28.65 per share and adjusted net earnings of $29.50 to $30.00 per share.

Box (BOX) fell 2% after it announced third quarter results that slightly beat estimates, with guidance that was lackluster.
